Confidentiality
Client records and session notes are kept secure and confidential in accordance with the ACA Code of Ethics. Information will not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent, except where there is a legal obligation to do so or where there is a serious risk of harm to yourself or others.
Appointments & Cancellation Policy
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without notice may incur the full session fee.
