About the event
Come and reset, nurture, slip off your stress and relax. You will also take a deeper look at all areas of your life through some guided intention setting, so you can plan a clear path forward towards the life you desire and deserve. A two hour deep sound experience awaits you. It's time to put yourself first.
Commencing with a guided meditation to deeply relax you, then slipping quietly into a 60 minute deep soundbath experience. From this delicious space of stillness you’ll have cultivated, you’ll then be guided through some personal intention setting for the months ahead. The event will culminate with some time to connect and relax over tea and healthy treats.
All props provided. You just need to bring yourself, ready to surrender and relax.
